{"id":1951,"date":"2021-02-18T15:14:51","date_gmt":"2021-02-18T15:14:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/smm-mkt.com\/?page_id=1951"},"modified":"2021-02-18T15:14:52","modified_gmt":"2021-02-18T15:14:52","slug":"reversal-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/smm-mkt.com\/?page_id=1951","title":{"rendered":"Reversal Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">REVERSALS<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Definition of Reversal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A Reversal is the drawback that Merchant provides a buyer \/ payer for the value of a purchase<br>processed through Merchant Platform.<\/li><li>Payment Gateway will apply Reversals upon Merchant request. An exception to this rule<br>applies when the payment instrument&#8217;s issuer requests a Reversal, based on a claim from a payer,<br>backed by the applicable legislation and as long as said issuer provides the technology required for<br>this process.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reversal Applicability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Reversal will apply in the following events:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>When the buyer \/ payer has been the object of fraud.<\/li><li>When Merchant suspects payer identity theft, in which case the Merchant must authorize Reversal.<\/li><li>When the buyer \/ payer has not requested the purchase.<\/li><li>When the value of a purchase is charged and discounted from the buyer more than once.<\/li><li>When the buyer has revoked his \/ her authorization to charge for periodic payments from his \/ her cards or bank accounts before the payment instrument&#8217;s issuer and the Merchant, and said charges have continued after the date of reversal.<\/li><li>Upon Merchant request, when the buyer \/ payer has made a mistake when selecting the product.<\/li><li>Upon Merchant request, when the buyer \/ payer exercises his \/ her right of first refusal before the Merchant.<\/li><li>When the Merchant has cancelled the sale in lieu of product stock.<\/li><li>Upon Merchant request when the product has not been received promptly by the buyer \/ payer.<\/li><li>Upon Merchant request when the product delivered by the Merchant does not correspond to that requested by the buyer \/ payer.<\/li><li>Upon Merchant request when the product is delivered by the Merchant to the buyer \/ payer in bad condition, bad quality or defective.<\/li><li>Upon Merchant request when the product does not meet the manufacturer&#8217;s specifications or those described in the information provided around the product, or when it does not meet the needs for which it was produced or sold.<\/li><li>The Merchant or the payment instrument&#8217;s issuer will notify PSP of said request so that PSP may proceed to reverse payment.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Procedure for the request of Reversals<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reversal requests must be sent by the Client or by the corresponding payment instrument&#8217;s issuer to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:support@smm-mkt.com\">support@smm-mkt.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A request for Reversal from Merchant must include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Transaction number.<\/li><li>Transaction date.<\/li><li>Transaction value.<\/li><li>Reversal amount requested.<\/li><li>An express statement of the reason or reasons that are grounds for the payment Reversal request; they must correspond to one or some of those mentioned in &#8220;Reversal Applicability&#8221; section of this Policy.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Exemption from liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Merchant is held liable for its own Reversal order or authorization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SMM Beat Ltd<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dianabad res. distr, bl. 13, entr.
